Ongoing Areas of Concern

New Server Room

Budgeted Expenses

• $200 every Q1 for new UPS batteries
• $5 every Q2, Q3 and Q4 for incidentals

Nonrecurring expenses

(This is where one time expenses would go. Yearly or more often go above.)

• Increasing bandwidth is expected soonish, which will raise costs (up to $130/month)
• Also another phone line ($26 or so).
• Or there is a package proposal from Integra that covers both at $140ish per month (replacing current setup).
  • more bandwidth adds $20 per month

I don't know how often we'd need to get these. They probably will end up in Action:Tools budget item, but just in case they are forgotten:

• line identifier (better than our current one, which doesn't work): $50(?)
• special punch-down head for phone blocks: $5-8
