This may not be the ideal place for this; i am working on a spreadsheet form for this document. The idea is to include repeating items and plan on other items so that they can be prepared for, and so that we can be more than reactive.

Items related to the Town hall meeting are in bold. This calendar includes a hypothetical 2nd THM in March, both because the idea has been floated to better synchronize our reporting and in order to allow better development of the recurring-responsibilities elements.
