Kathie and Debi sit at the front desk and make it work.
But there are procedures that need to be followed by us lesser creatures, such as:
- making a Donation Receipt
- entering Volunteer hours
- entering Volunteer information
- making reminder calls for FreekBox Adoption Classes and Command Line classes
- picking up phone messages and handling them
- scheduling volunteer shifts
- overseeing volunteers doing data entry
and so forth??
