List of Stuff to do in my Spare Time
Prepare for HR meeting. E-mail HR.- Talk to Nathan about document flow in recycling
- sreadsheet recording vendor's weight can replace gizmo data entry.
- Clean out Deadtrees
- Create Old Stuff folder with the help of someone very smart and good
- Call IRCO to schedule tour and meeting
Sort out Locked Filing Cabinet in Monkey House- Create standardized procedure for doc flow (starting with matching up Calbag Metals) Look at Receiving and Paying Bills
- Make sure all donations that should be getting a thank you are getting just that. Could look at RT tickets periodically.
- Find a volunteer that would like to label supplies in supply room. Go from the supply list on the wiki, they can write down anything they think should be added to the list.
Front Desk
- Think about ID policy for checks (do we ID the people delivering for a business) Checking the checks
- Add info about reimbersement, IOU and transfer on wiki (search again just to be sure it is not there already).
- Create a volunteer training program for Front Desk and Store cashiers
Update the Volunteer Cashiers Policy post 12/29 staff meeting- Create scratch page for notes to everyone to pass on to the next shift. Put on the till key policy.

- Research sweatfree t-shirts
- Put together an easy comparison of prices sizes and colors so we can decide on ordering next meeting

- find a place on azdos under usr/local/groups, put under outreach, mabey creat a catolog thingy...then the store could go there and order.
Find org. contact and FG contact for Board and Ruby BrigadeCrafty Night & Perlmongers (e-mailed both)
- make sure the contacts are entered into the Google room use calendar
