Kathie and Debi sit at the front desk and make it work.
Must do tasks
If you're working at the front desk, you have to be sure these get done:
- taking donations and making a Donation Receipt
- Answering the phone
- making reminder calls for FreekBox Adoption Classes and Command Line classes.
- Be sure there are build packets for the tour
- picking up phone messages and handling them
- get volunteer number on signups for classes and prebuild schedule
Other important things
But there are procedures that need to be followed by us lesser creatures, such as:
- entering Volunteer hours
- entering Volunteer information
- scheduling volunteer shifts
- overseeing volunteers doing Data Entry
- Invoicing Donors
and so forth??
