Front Desk

Kathie and Debi sit at the front desk and make it work.

But there are procedures that need to be followed by us lesser creatures, such as:

• making a Donation Receipt
• entering Volunteer hours
• entering Volunteer information
• making reminder calls for FreekBox Adoption Classes and Command Line classes.
• picking up phone messages and handling them
• scheduling volunteer shifts
• overseeing volunteers doing Data Entry
• Invoicing Donors

and so forth??
