Kathie and Debi sit at the front desk and make it work.

Must do tasks

If you're working at the front desk, you have to be sure these get done:

• Taking donations and making a Donation Receipt
• Answering the phone
• Making reminder calls for FreekBox Adoption Classes and Command Line classes.
• Be sure there are build and adopter packets for the tour
• Picking up phone messages and handling them
• Sign volunteers up for shifts and classes (be sure to get volunteer number and phone number on signups for classes)
• Teach Data Entry
• Supplies

Other important things

But there are procedures that need to be followed by us lesser creatures, such as:

• entering Volunteer hours
• entering Volunteer information
• scheduling volunteer shifts
• overseeing volunteers doing Data Entry
• Invoicing Donors
• being friendly
• monitor volunteers' bags and baggage area
