Kathie and Debi sit at the front desk and make it work.
Must do tasks
If you're working at the front desk, you have to be sure these get done:
- Taking donations and making a Donation Receipt
- Answering the phone
- Making reminder calls for FreekBox Adoption Classes and Command Line classes.
- Be sure there are build and adopter packets for the tour
- Picking up phone messages and handling them
- Sign volunteers up for shifts and classes (be sure to get volunteer number and phone number on signups for classes)
- Teach Data Entry
- Supplies

- scheduling volunteer shifts
- overseeing volunteers doing Data Entry

- being friendly
- monitor volunteers' bags and baggage area
and so forth??
